How UniMed’s fitness and recovery supports Members


Through UniMed's Active Benefits, eligible Members can access fitness and recovery consult services in partnership with Teledoc Health, that encourages safe, sustainable movement and recovery.  Teladoc Health’s fitness experts can provide personalised advice and guidance to support:

  • Increasing activity

  • Improving mobility

  • Enhancing physical performance

  • Managing injuries

  • Preparing for and recovering from surgery

Rather than generic fitness plans, the emphasis is on guidance that reflects individual needs, goals, and circumstances, that encourages smarter movement, helping Members stay active in a way that’s sustainable and supportive of long-term health.
