Before you start, here is a quick look at what's involved:
DAY 1 - IDENTIFY YOUR VALUESWatch a 4 minutes video to learn more about what your values are and then fill out the personal values worksheet by selecting all of the things which you value, then narrow the list down to your top 5 values. |

DAY 2 - UNDERSTAND YOUR VALUESPaying attention to how you feel and using your emotions as indicators is a great way to continue clarifying your values. Once we start paying attention to these signals, we can respond in ways that promote our values. |

DAY 3 - CREATE A VALUES-BASED STRATEGYHopefully, you have a better understanding of your own values and can start to identify times when those values are promoted and compromised. We encourage you to take some time to define what those values really mean to you. |
